All athletes make mistakes (we call decisions), good or bad. These are usually mental errors, and they may have a costly effect upon the outcome of a game or competition!

THIS HELPS FORTIFY AND BUILD AREAS OF THE MENTAL SIDE CALLED SKILLS, WHICH SHALL PERMIT ATHLETES TO HAVE A MORE AMPLE OPPORTUNITY OF REACHING THEIR OBJECTIVES WHILE COMPETING ON A CONSISTENT BASIS DAY IN AND DAY OUT. WE KNOW THIS IS DIRECTLY ENTWINED WITH PERFORMANCE. FOR EXAMPLE – PHYSICAL CONDITIONING WHICH DEVELOPS STRENGTH, MOVEMENT, SPEED, AGILITY, FLEXIBILITY
 
TOP ATHLETES ARE NOT, CONTRARY TO COMMON THOUGHT PROCESS JUST LUCKY OR BORN AS SUCH; THEY PUT IN AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME MANAGEMENT & ENERGY ON THE TECHNICAL & PHYSICAL   INTENT OF PREPARATION (TRAINING).

OUR ROLE IS TO HELP PROVIDE THEM A MORE COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH REGARDING THE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MORE AMPLE OPPORTUNITY OF ATTAINING THEIR OBJECTIVES. MENTAL CONDITIONING IS NO LONGER A QUESTIONABLE WORLD, YOU WILL FIND THAT IT IS PREDOMINANT AND NECESSARY WITHIN THE HOCKEY WORLD, MORE IMPORTANT THIS ASPECT IS NO LONGER A CLASS ROOM ONLY AVENUE, IT HAS BECOME A TOOL OF NECESSITY ON THE ICE SURFACE, SPORTS FIELDS, BASKETBALL COURTS, AND SO FORTH, WHERE FOR EXAMPLE HOCKEY PLAYERS MAY BE FOLLOWED & A PERSONAL FILE MAINTAINED FOR EASIER MONITORING EFFECT OF THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYER.
