John is married to Stephanie “Miljus” Paris, is the very proud father of Three (3) children, Chantal, Jocya and Robert, (Both successful University Graduates) with grandchildren Amir, Gabrielle, Jean Christophe & Anais all living in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

 

Both of his parents Anne & John Sr. are deceased as well as Brothers Cecil & Marvin.

Has one sister “Faye”, retired, who still lives in Windsor, Nova Scotia & two brothers all living, Mike "the master of stick handling" in hockey & outstanding baseball player as a youth, who is now retired & Percy who is an MLA, member of the Nova Scotia Provincial Government & Minister of Economic and Rural Development, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, and Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs.
